Outreach Events

We will extend our work beyond the walls of the clinic to foster deep community partnerships and provide supportive health services that address social determinants of health in our community.

Stop by our regular community screenings:

  • Grace Place - first Monday of each month

  • Shower Power - second Friday of each month

  • Stewpot - third Saturday of each month

  • We Will Go - last Thursday of each month
